As the Senior Quality Assurance Specialist/Test Coordinator (QA Manager) for the MED2020 Research and Development department, Mr. Julien is currently involved in the drafting of the overall Test Strategy documents for new and existing MED2020 products. As well as the estimation, development and execution of test plans. As part of this activity Mr. Julien conducts exploratory testing in a variety of environments that are largely focused on the healthcare software solutions. In addition to traditional software testing activities Alan conducts inspection of project deliverables including requirements specifications and solution designs. He is responsible for providing management with detailed test reports on all testing activities and coordinating with lead developers to ensure the highest standard of testing and quality software possible. As well he prepares performance reviews conducts interviews, trains and mentors new hires, schedules resources.etc. Mr. Julien was awarded the employee of the year for 2006 and the President\'s award for 2015 for MED2020.
