ABOUT ALAN JACKSON

I have over 25 years experience at a Snr managerial level including a ongoing 15 years experience in the Recruitment industry with extensive experience delivering Managed Service Provisions, being specifically responsible for large scale on-site client contracts in Logistics, Retail, Food Manufacturing and Public Sector for local Authorities. I am a member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) and The Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSco). I hold the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) Level 3 CertRP Prior to recruitment, I worked also at Snr managerial level in Food Production and Retail (major supermarket chain) and, over the years, I have gained extensive experience in client relationship management,strategic team leadership and development and a proven successful track record of high quality service delivery. I have copies of outstanding references from my previous employers upon request as well as client & employer recommendations on my linked-In profile. I am a very assertive and disciplined Manager with a vast amount of cross transferable skills. I am very much aware of the current candidate market and strive to build individual rapport between candidate and myself and also to the customer to deliver the absolute best service possible.
