Senior Estimator: October 2013 - PresentEstimator : April 2010 - October 2013As part of the Mortenson estimating/preconstruction team, I have am actively involved in a variety of project types such as tenant build-outs, higher education build-outs and ground-up construction, data center / mission critical facilities, healthcare renovations and ground-up construction, in additional to other pursuits. These projects are primarily in the greater-Chicago area, but we branch out to other areas at our customer\'s request. Beyond Mortenson\'s hard-bid pursuits, I am also involved with preparing budgets and working through potential cost savings ideas with design documents at various stages of completion.
