I started with Cushman and Wakefield\'s Hospitality Team in January of 1998. In January of 2006, I joined CBRE as a Senior Valuation Specialist and was later promoted to Vice President. In April of 2019, I was promoted to West Division Appraisal Lead for CBRE\'s Hospitality team. In addition to overseeing all appraisal bids from Colorado to Hawaii, I prepare feasibility, consulting and appraisal assignments on all hospitality types including resorts, destination hotels, extended stay, full service, limited service, etc. I have worked all over the United States as well as Canada, Mexico and South America. Some of the more notable assignments I have provided services for include the Copacabana Palace in Rio, the Four Seasons Wailea, the Four Seasons Hualalai (Big Island of Hawaii), the Moana Surfrider Waikiki, Four Seasons Seattle (proposed), Hotel (Seattle), the Sorrento Hotel (Seattle), the Willows Lodge (Woodinville, WA), Fairmont Calgary, the Pacifica Hotel (Cabo San Lucas), the Palace Hotel (San Francisco), the Portland Hilton and Executive Tower, and hundreds of other hotels. I am a duly licensed appraiser in Alaska, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Washington.
