In my current role, I serve as Chief Financial Officer at The RMS Group, a vertically integrated real estate development and management company focused on residential multifamily development and property management. I lead the organization’s finance function end to end, including strategic planning, budgeting, accounting, reporting, and capital management. I partner closely with the executive team to align financial performance with long-term growth objectives while maintaining strong governance, internal controls, and fiscal discipline.Previously, I served as Corporate Controller, Properties at ONE Properties, a vertically integrated real estate owner, developer, and operator across multiple asset classes.
