ABOUT ALAN H.

I started working in the dietary supplement/nutraceutical industry working for at a then small company called Harmony Concepts INC. I started at the ground level, and through my work ethic, I was able to take on progressive leadership roles within the company. Since that time, being in roles such as Production Lead, Production Supervisor, and Production Manager, I have been able to further fine tune my abilities of leadership and knowledge which have greatly benefited those I have worked with. In 2016, I helped guide Vital Proteins gain cGMP certification through NSF. I have experience in inventory/warehouse management, planning, commercial and pre clinical manufacturing (pharmaceutical). I have also been certified as a visial inspector for final drug product. I have proven ability within organizations of building, and fostering a culture of team based results, with high standards of quality and safety. For the last 7 years I have gained experience in the pharmaceutical industry in pre-clinical manufacturing and research and development, being involved in multiple start ups within a single organization.
