Act as the main internal point of contact for all electrical wholesale distributors in my territorieswith responsibilities that include, but is not limited to- Processing, adjusting, or cancelling POs; providing order updates; quotes; handlingdefective item requests, analyze external documents for stakeholders,etc- Act as a liaison between the sales teams, internal business partners, and external customers,fostering effective communication and collaboration through Microsoft Office, Teams, Genesys,SAP, and other software- Manage Sales Coordinator inbound and outbound calls as well as email correspondence frominternal and external customers - rarely using my bilingual ability as well to communicate withcertain stakeholders- Partner with internal business partners to help with post order support.Maintain and monitor customer portals on Generac 360 to ensure accuracy, completeness and befirst line support when issues arise- Create and maintain process documents for the team to develop a self-serve mentality- Supporting other non-revenue generated work to support our sales teams.
