Project/Programme Manager leading multiple projects either software or multi-discipline projects. Working closely with project leads, engineers and outsource partners to deliver varying complexity projects including some overseas clients. Monitoring project progress, time spent, budgets and reporting to the company management group and directors. Support or generation of customer proposals and quotations. Lead activity to port company systems to MS Project Online, mapping current processes into PWA, modifying and creating and improving reports using Power BI to provide data directly from the new system.
