Alan is a Managing Director in PwC\'s Complex Accounting and Regulatory Solutions (CARS) practice. Alan developed and instructs PwC\'s Rate Case Seminar as well as the Utility Income Tax Seminar to internal and external client participants and has been a frequent speaker at Industry conferences, such as with the Edison Electric Institute and American Gas Association.
