As part of the Senior Leadership Team, overall responsibility for the safe delivery for a 3.6MW offshore project in the North Sea to ensure it meets or exceeds all aspects ofthe business case. Leads a diverse team of package managers, project managers, SHE managers, lawyers, commercial managers and engineers. Key responsibilities include contract drafting and negotiation, safety management, technology risk management, scope refinement, resourcing, financialand risk management plus objective evidence-based decision making across all packages within each phase of the project. Providing commercial and technical guidance to ensure the project is still able todeliver within the bounds of the business case whilst facing the challenges of an offshore wind mega project. Tasked with driving continual value optimistaion whilst robustly challenging deviations required,to always be in control of the programme to safely and efficiently deliver a best-in-class project.
