I’m Alan Dowden, DC Fast Charging Manager with Wallbox Chargers USA. My greatest accomplishment thus far has been the impact I am making on my daughter’s life through my career in the EV industry. A career that started with my blog, EV-News.com and a YouTube channel dedicated to investing. The blog and YouTube opened the door to working with an electrical contractor, Good Faith Energy. After being involved with over EV charger installs in Dallas-Fort Worth area, my reach began to spread past city limits. I then found myself as the first EV solutions representative hire for City Electric Supply covering Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. Understanding distribution’s role and how to quote EV Chargers has allowed me to implement a highly lucrative and innovative sales strategy that I’ve implemented at Wallbox. Today, I work on the global team, selling Wallbox’s DC Fast Charging hardware. I have positioned myself to leave a lasting legacy to my daughter that everyone will proud of.
