Genovate Power Solutions, have responsibility for providing a fully inclusive service and maintenance program for over (650MWe) generator systems installed on sites from Newcastle to Plymouth. Each machine is remotely monitored via the internet and has a complex and proprietary control system which has been designed in-house to synchronize with the National Grid to support the UK power infrastructure as and when required. As a consequence of the complexity and challenges of these operations Genovate Power Solutions have recruited the best technically qualified engineers in the UK. Each engineer carries the necessary equipment to support the generator systems along with the required IT systems to interrogate the control systems remotely and to carry out fault diagnosis.Genovate Power Solutions have not only invested in the finest personnel, the company policy is to ensure that the service vehicles are equipped with everything required including all commonly required generator parts. This enables the engineers to carry out the required repairs on site straight away reducing return visit costs for the client.We have put systems in place that can produce either paper or electronic report sheets which can be emailed to the office and the Client on the same day allowing quotations to be issued accurately and in a timely manner.Genovate Power Solutions are able to offer Clients a full range of services from a straightforward service contract through to complex multi generator/synchronized mains installations.We can tailor a service contract to your company’s specific needs.
