In my current role, I lead R&D for P&G Chemicals & Surfactants. This business is accountable for responsible sourcing of feedstocks and manufacturing intermediates and surfactants that deliver superior cleaning, sudsing and deposition performance, serving P&G\'s consumers across multiple product categories, along with supply of highest quality, low carbon footprint, oleochemicals to our merchant market customers. The innovation opportunities in this space are compelling: elevating product performance superiority on core cleaning jobs, delivering on Net Zero sustainability goals all while driving value for P&G, our consumers, customers and suppliers. How can we partner to accelerate the trifecta win on Performance, Value, Sustainability? About me: 30 Years experience in Consumer Packaged Goods product development, process development, scale-up and manufacturing qualification. Within P&G I have consistently delivered results taking innovation from \'idea to industry\', in Hair Care, Skin & Personal Care, and created new capabilities across business units through leadership of P&G’s corporate Process Development group. Currently I lead R&D for P&G Chemicals and Surfactants. My priority is delivering business results through building an inclusive, trusting organization with strong internal and external partnerships, learning continuously.
