My career with AT & T started as a Data Sales Executive in Large Business Systems. I provided customers with applications and computers systems as well as wide area networks. I was promoted to Sales Manager where I led a team of Account Managers responsible for growing revenues of business customers.I left the company and moved to a Sales Manager position for a startup software company, Bear Creek Technologies, that provided traffic-engineering software and outside plant automation software to the RBOC and CLEC market places. I returned to AT & T two years later in the role of Human Assets and Learning Manager. There I supported the Sales Center Vice President in the recruitment, on-boarding, skills enhancement and performance management functions for the sales center. I moved to AT & T National Business Markets as a Sales Manager where I was Circle of Excellence winner and Diamond Club winner. In 2013, I moved to my current position with the AT & T Business Sales Leadership Development Program.
