Alan\'s work includes large scale changes to employee terms and conditions, restraint of trade and injunction proceedings, defending multi claimant TUPE, redundancy and collective consultation and insolvency claims. He successfully manages issues with bonus payments, service agreements for senior executives, and executive severances. Alan advises private individuals, start-ups, owner managed, national and multi national businesses.
