If reason guided our actions, we wouldn\'t need robots to clean what we should never have polluted. But since it doesn\'t, we invent hope.\" I am the founder and inventor at Recyclamer, a non-profit organization created in 2016 to protect the oceans through education, technology, and collective action. I designed: Geneseas, the first solar-powered autonomous robot for surface waste collection (now produced by a private company) Mr. Turbino, a citizen-operated underwater vacuum adopted by diving centers, schools, and local communities I lead marine cleanup campaigns, environmental awareness programs, and scientific expeditions in collaboration with international partners. I also develop tools like Ocean Tracker, a web app that helps visualize and measure plastic pollution globally.
