Programme Test Manager & Agile Coach - for a large Remediation Programme (A Programme responding to Financial Regulators requirements to strengthen Market Risk Frameworks for capitalising trading activities).Accountable for the e2e testing of assigned Programme Change deliverables across a wide range of Product workstreams (SRP, Credit, Bonds) for both the Internal Model Based Approach (IMA) and Standard Approach (SA).Test strategy, planning, execution, reporting and governance for both Technical and Business streams. Hands-on testing with Front Office, Finance, Traded Risk, Operations and Regulatory teams. Test reporting to Executive Level.
