I am an enthusiastic drug discovery and development scientist with multifaceted insights into Early Clinical, DMPK, Preclinical Safety, Medicinal Chemistry, formulations and patents. I am looking to assist/consult with companies driving the transition from candidate to completing Phase I. Over the past five years I have lead teams through clinical phase I with two projects entering Phase II, 5 through IND and 7 through preclinical profiling. I was closely engaged with 33 novel small molecules transitioning through preclinical evaluation by partnering with a diverse set of teams (internal and external) I have initiated new scientific and project opportunities. I am an out of the box thinker with a passion for generating new capabilities. Particularly enjoy environments allowing mentoring others or passing on experience through training. A successful global leader of DMPK and Medicinal Chemistry departments in Europe and the USA. Specialties: Early Clinical and Preclinical project leadership.
