ABOUT ALAN CHRAMIEC

Proven innovator in drug development, with 10+ years of interdisciplinary and cross-functional experience on both the commercial and scientific sides of biotech. Experienced at every stage of the therapeutic life cycle including discovery, successful clinical trials, and commercial manufacturing, across a wide range of therapeutic modalities including small molecules and cell therapies. Most recently, I’m the Founding Scientist at Ganymede Bio, where I’ve been instrumental in the commercial development of every aspect of the company, launching it into an industry leading provider of data infrastructure and AI-readiness.My scientific expertise lies in developing novel models of bone marrow malignancies (including solid tumors, hematological cancers, and metastases), and leveraging next-gen technologies like multi-omics towards finding new druggable targets. My business expertise lies in understanding the scientific data needs and commercial development goals of biotechs, and architecting strategic, custom software solutions that enable them to accelerate their time to market and increase their ROI. Strong track record of successful partnerships, publications, and patent applications. Created the first human, modular, multi-tissue system for in vitro modeling of systemic diseases. Co-founded the Center for Epigenetics Research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, launched Nucleate NYC, and am Senior Business Manager at Ganymede Bio.
