ABOUT ALAN CHERNOBILSKY

I\'ve spent my career in healthcare operations and strategy, working across outpatient, inpatient, home care, EMS, and tech-enabled health companies. The pattern has been the same in every role: walk into something that\'s either non-existent, growing fast, broken, or all the above, and build the operational infrastructure to make it work.Currently I run enterprise operations for an $80M+ home health organization. field clinicians, 1,600 patients a day, 7 sites. I own the governance layer and the operational backbone from intake all the way through to claims and payroll. I built the PMO, set up the governance committees, standardized workflows across every major function, and replaced manual Excel tracking with about 20 dashboards that actually get used.Past lives include running clinical ops during a 35%+ growth year in home care, helping lead a healthcare SaaS startup that got acquired, standing up a centralized MSO across four counties for Optum, and leading strategy and operations for a growing physician practice as CSO. Before all of that, I was a healthcare management consultant at ECG, advising hospitals and health systems on M&A, turnarounds, physician alignment, and service line strategy.I\'m an operations person who uses technology as a lever, not a technology person who dabbles in operations. There\'s a difference.Cornell MBA/MHA. Emory BBA. Started as an EMT and still volunteer. Always happy to talk shop with people doing real work in healthcare.
