Leading the day-to-day administration processes and systems of the charity across the Shared Services and Client Services teams- Managing the Client Service Administration team for the delivery of the Guide Dog, Assistance Dog, Community Dog and Orientation & Mobility programmes- Scheduling, planning and allocating of staff activity related to clients and volunteers- Implementing client support & aftercare visits to support clients and partnerships- Recruitment of volunteers for Puppy Raising and Temporary Boarding homes- Overhauling client support process to achieve greater client support and efficiencies in line with our Client Charter.
