Develop and implement consistent planning rigor to ensure each job is prepared for effective execution regarding outage standards, scope of work understanding, EHS compliance (LOTO and PTW process), tooling aligned to scope, lifting management and project close-out. Working closely with regional teams to ensure planning consistency.
