As the Managing Director for Alan Campbell Engineering Services (ACESL), I oversee our high-quality DC power systems supply, rectifier and associated product repair, installation and other site services and training.The role of the Managing Director allows me to be responsible for the performance and the overall strategy of the company. ACESL provides a range of cost effective and quick turnaround solutions to customers with DC Power systems. We provide repairs, refurbishments or supply replacement rectifiers, power supplies, inverters, static switches, and air handling units.My main duties and responsibilities include…- New client acquisition- Growing existing client business- Saving the businesses money / budgeting- Reducing total cost of ownership of equipment- DC consultancy- Strategic planning for ACESLAs the Managing Director, I am directly involved in the continuous trading, refurbishment and repair of electronic-based services of DC power systems and mobile base station power. All our respected customers who require services such as DC installs or a DC consultancy have highly recommended ACESL, making it a highly regarded global company.Alan Campbell Engineering Services are involved in growing our existing client business, so as well as rectifier repairs and DC installs, through our partnership with Delta we allow for the highest quality base station DC power. We are always dedicated to supply our customers with repair and refurbishment services, spares, systems, training and services on time, within budget with the highest levels of service.The most rewarding part of this job is solving customers’ problems through innovative thinking with an exceptional DC consultancy or through knowledge transfer from existing customers who may have experienced similar issues.As the Managing Director, I manage staff career paths for ACESL to ensure our staff skill sets and physical capability matches the offering that we are giving to our customers.
