I lead a department of Litigation Ambassadors who represent Mr. Cooper at various courtroom and investor driven activities (ie Mediations, Non-Jury Trials, Depositions, Jury Trials, Status Conferences, Settlement Conferences, HUD Face-to-Face, Washington Meet and Confer). I also manage an annual travel budget for the department as well as all hiring. Maintain monthly reporting which includes goal setting and strategic initiatives. I regularly serve as a corporate representative and witness for in person court appearances nationwide. Provide testimony based on 28 years of industry experience, as well as extensive research and knowledge of internal business records. Research allegations made within filed motions for validity and work with in-house and external counsel to mitigate and assess exposure to risk, limit financial impact, and expedite resolution for Mr. Cooper. Authorized with settlement authority on behalf of Mr. Cooper, as well as authority to negotiate various customer resolution options.
