Our team of devoted professionals wholeheartedly ensures the highest quality of services, fostering and upholding strong relationships with schools and professionals.Responsibilities• Oversee full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, andhiring.• Implement best practices and innovative sourcing techniques to attract toptalent.• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.• Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices inrecruiting.• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and internal hiring policies.• Source and contact passive candidates on our ATS internal DB and online (e.g.via LinkedIn).• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including passive candidate searches andnetworking.• Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires.• Prepare candidates before interviews with clients.• Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes,assignments and interview evaluations.• Manage a portfolio of candidates and maintain good relationships with them.• Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates.• Suggest ways to improve the recruiting procedure.• Perform all other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
