I manage multiple recruitment pipelines across London, Eastbourne, and surrounding regions, working closely with operational teams and senior leadership on workforce planning and long‑term staffing strategy.Key Responsibilities & AchievementsManage full‑cycle recruitment for Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, Clinicians, and therapeutic specialists (including Clinical Psychologists, Speech & Language Therapists, and other therapy roles).Build strong relationships with Registered Managers and operational leaders to understand service needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that support therapeutic care models.Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance checks, onboarding, and workforce allocation across multiple children’s homes.Maintain high standards of safeguarding and safer recruitment practices in line with regulatory and therapeutic care requirements.Develop talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and targeted outreach, including specialist recruitment for therapy and clinical roles.Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive, professional, and supportive experience throughout the hiring process.Produce recruitment reports, track KPIs, and advise management on hiring trends, workforce risks, and clinical staffing needs.Collaborate with HR, training, and therapy teams to ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and retention of staff.Resolve staffing challenges quickly and effectively, maintaining strong communication with managers, clinicians, and external partners.
