   As a Vice President in Capital Planning Risk Management at Citi, I am responsible for performing the review and challenge of the firm\'s capital planning activities, including business-as-usual processes, stress tests, TCE attribution, and recovery and resolution plan. In my role, I perform independent reviews and gap assessments of various financial planning processes, including business planning, CCAR, and legal entity ICAAP. I work closely with senior management and the decentralized review and challenge team to ensure their assessments align with internal and regulatory expectations. I assist in the development of the Target State Framework for the department, ensuring comprehensive second line of defense coverage over capital planning activities and continuous monitoring to consider changes in the firm-wide strategy. Additionally, I manage the issue management process, ensuring on-time remediation and performing validation for issues resulting from the capital planning review and challenge. As a seasoned financial services professional, I maintain a strong understanding of the changing regulatory capital framework and its impact on Global Systemically important banks (G-SIBs), including capital and liquidity management, stress testing, and strategic planning. My deep understanding of financial products, market dynamics, and industry trends enables me to identify and mitigate potential risks, optimize capital allocation, and improve overall performance.
