Passionate about early stage startups and building communities in tech. I\'ve worked as an early member of five venture-backed tech startups and bring creativity, curiosity and energy to each new project that I join. I enjoy having a meaningful impact while also pursuing my personal growth.I currently work at Unity Technologies where I ensure the success of 3D, 2D, AR and VR creators around the world. Working with colleagues in Copenhagen, Montreal, Brighton, UK, Singapore, Seoul, Tokyo and Pereira, Colombia, my team helps developers and studios succeed with their projects across verticals like gaming, architecture, engineering, construction, automotive, and media & entertainment film industries. Externally, we act as trusted advisors and represent the human-touch of Unity. And within the company, we champion the voice of the customer by bringing back feedback and insights into our product development cycle to continuously improve our offering to meet the needs of creators around the world.I\'m also a lead of the Asian Employee Resource Group where we work to create a welcoming, inclusive and safe space and celebrate people of the Asian diaspora.Previously at Lighthouse Labs, I was focused on helping Montreal tech companies find talent and bringing people together. Through Career Services, I connected both early stage startups and larger organizations to our new grads and alumni, and helped students make a successful transition from an intensive bootcamp environment to building their careers in tech roles. Through Community Development, I built relationships between the various stakeholders in our tech ecosystem so that we can make Montreal the best destination to start and grow new tech businesses.Prior to Lighthouse, I worked for years as a marketing communications specialist, creating content and managing campaigns in the US, Brazil, UK, France, Spain and India.On my off time, I\'m a Lindy Hop instructor and Swing DJ. I\'m also an avid photographer/videographer, and am an official ambassador for Panasonic as a Lumix Storyteller and educator.
