Blessed beyond measure to start 1/9/2023 as a Family Care Specialist with LifeGift.I will provide on-site response to advocate for donation and support families through the organ and tissue donation process.My Essential Functions will be to :1. Deliver high quality bereavement support to potential donor families.2)Educating potential donor’s Next-of-Kin (NOK) about donationoptions3)Provide Rapid on-site support for donor families at hospitals.4)Work in strong collaboration with hospital personnel with ALL hospitals including Cook Children’s. This has been a “walk the walk “season and I had serious moments of doubt and losing the faith. I knew what I NO longer was passionate about doing but knew I wanted to be used to help people and stay in healthcare. I believe HE heard and in this role I will utilize the gifts HE blessed me with and so WILL use them for HIS glory.
