Leading Accelerator™ Drug Development for clients including: Strategic Portfolio Oversight:Lead and oversee a global portfolio of drug development programs under the Accelerator™ brand. Align portfolio strategy with Thermo Fisher’s broader CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) and CRO (Contract Research Organization) business goals.Program Leadership & Governance:Drive program governance and milestone achievement across early-stage to late-phase development. Ensure cross-functional integration (R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, quality, clinical operations).Client & Stakeholder Engagement:Act as a primary point of contact for key biopharma and biotech clients globally. Translate client objectives into program execution plans while maintaining service excellence.Operational Execution:Coordinate delivery of 360° CDMO and CRO solutions, ensuring timely execution and quality outputs. Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies across the program lifecycle.Financial & Resource Management:Monitor financial health of portfolio projects, including budgets, margins, and forecasting. Optimize resource allocation across geographies and functions to meet program demands.Global Collaboration:Work closely with regional teams and global leadership to harmonize execution models and reporting. Foster collaboration among internal stakeholders across scientific, regulatory, and commercial teams.Innovation & Continuous Improvement:Identify and implement best practices in drug development to enhance speed, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Support digital and data-driven initiatives to optimize program tracking and outcomes.Compliance & Quality Assurance:Ensure adherence to global regulatory requirements and internal quality standards. Promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement in program execution.
