As a global leader in the Sourcing organization, I oversee all Project Sourcing Managers (PSMs) worldwide and drive the Project Sourcing Leadership Program. Serving as the sourcing interface for Projects Pole leadership, I implement HDNU strategy and ensure our team is staffed to support S & IOP and budget requirements for EO, EEP, and TK projects. I am responsible for comprehensive supply chain management across our project portfolio, facilitating seamless transitions between tender and execution teams, and aligning purchasing strategies with commodity objectives.
