   Responsible for building GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) management processes, including platform strategy, controls, and change management. Lead all large projects including managing project plans, resources, CW’s and requirements. Coordinate among enterprise stakeholders to ensure the GRC solution meets requirements and provide support for the design, development, testing and deployment of Risk and Compliance programs within the GRC platform (Archer). Archer applications/solutions increased 75% since I started, with 5 different areas of the company choosing to work in Archer. I lead the successful implementation of these new programs and ensure their ongoing success. I have received accolades for my relationship management work and TIAA won the Innovation Award from Archer in 2023. Lead regular cross-platform working groups for consensus on items when impacting different groups. Provide regular reporting, status, and communication for various stakeholders and management.
