Brought in to set up an operational presence in Scotland for a B2B service provider. Tasked with quickly setting up new premises and introducing standard operational procedures to allow service activities to be undertaken. Set up waste carriers licence and vehicle operator licence as designated Transport manager for the Scotland Traffic Area. Introduced basic HSEQ initiatives and set up an active, customer facing demonstration centre. Set out all stock requirements and infrastructure to support servicing activities, including basic servicing platform to ensure timely completion of contracted service obligations. Involved both directly and indirectly with growth of the Scotland portfolio of clients to meet key growth objectives, in what was effectively a start-up operation in Scotland. Initiated and completed all required waste disposal operations for adherence to requirements, working with SEPA to ensure full compliance. Evaluating processes and controlling process improvements to ensure minimal impact on service delivery. Managing logistics across the Scottish organisation including budgeting, inventory and stock.
