I was hired to serve as the Transformation principal for the Chicago Public Schools. As a Transformation school, our school has received the SIP (G) for School Improvement.After 7 years, we have achieved:* national percentile growths of up to 90%ile in Reading and 62%ile in Math*45.7% improvement in Freshman on Track (average 93%)*32% improvement in Graduation Rate (state average - 89%)*30% increase in students earning Post-Secondary Credentials (42.1%)*4% decrease in drop-out rate (.5%)*9% increase in attendance (89%)As a leader, I focus on developing sustainable systems that create great community schools.Bogan is now a wall to wall IB MYP School with a growing Diploma Programme (DP), and we are also a 1:1 Chromebook SchoolFollow my school on Twitter @BoganBengal79 or check out our website at boganhs.org.
