Lead and facilitate social skills groups for students in grades K–6, focusing on emotional regulation, communication, and peer interaction.•Support attendance initiatives by tracking student attendance, sending notes, and following up with families as needed.•Shadow the school counselor and assist with daily responsibilities, including individual and group counseling sessions, biopsychosocial (BPSS) assessments, and case documentation.•Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and outside practitioners to support student progress and well-being.•Participate in community engagement and welfare events to strengthen school-family partnerships.•Assist in organizing and maintaining the Parent Resource Center and connecting families with needed resources.•Conduct home visits and support student welfare initiatives as part of the school’s outreach efforts.
