   Pastor Andre Alves is the creator of the Church Model Canvas (CMC) and the Ministries Proposition Canvas (MPC). Both, CMC and MPC, are modifications of Strategyzer’s Mission/Business Model and Value Proposition Canvas. The CMC helps churches to better understand the nuances of their missions, effectively communicate their visions, and efficiently organize their resources in functional, collaborative, and discipleship oriented ministries. The Ministries Proposition Canvas is a tool designed to:1) assist church leaders to identify the spiritual maturity and aspirations of church members and non-believers2) organize ministries to assist members to achieve spiritual grow and sanctification through the increase of knowledge and grace3) organize ministries to reach out to the local community and highlight Jesus Christ as the perfect fulfillment of grace and justice, and to disciple those individuals who embrace repentance and accept Jesus as the Messiah and humanity Savior. We also utilize system thinking, system dynamics, and design thinking techniques to model churches and ministries to better fulfill our ultimate mission of making disciples of all nations.
