Oversee end-to-end project management for multidisciplinary MEP design projects, from proposal development through final delivery. • Monitor project budgets, coordinate with accounting for timely invoicing, and maintain consistent communication with clients. • Lead internal collaboration between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams to ensure cohesive design integration. • Prepare detailed project reports, track key deliverables, and facilitate client meetings to align on expectations and milestones. • Serve as the primary liaison with municipal and regulatory bodies to manage permit applications and ensure compliance with submission requirements.• Building mechanical systems design responsibilities include heating, ventilation, air conditioning, boilers, chilled water, hydronic systems, compressed air, natural gas, plumbing piping systems, fluid delivery systems, and energy conservation initiatives. • Develop technical reports and engineering documents, and value engineering analysis. • Provide technical consultation, including analyzing facility mechanical system problems in the field, and recommend solutions to the client. • Assist in the development of the mechanical scope of work for new projects, owner reviews, and construction bid package development. • Assist in shop drawing review process, request for information (RFI) and field observation reports to ensure they are processed in a timely manner to meet the project schedule milestones.
