I contribute as a Process Technician in the industrial engineering department, working on serial manufacturing, vision system automation, advanced image processing, and ensuring high-quality standards for automotive and aerospace applications, here are some of my main tasks - Developing and implementing automation sequences for serial manufacturing processes using Siemens and Beckhoff Automation PLCs, ensuring real-time data collection and control with HMI interfaces - Plan, monitor and analyze preventive and corrective maintenance activities using CMMS software (Dimo Maint)- Automating the process with advanced image processing systems, using machine learning algorithms to detect product inconsistencies in real-time - Optimizing data flows and connectivity across multiple devices and platforms in the field through Profinet and EtherCAT protocols, ensuring all automation processes work in sync for maximum productivity and minimal downtime - Diagnosing and troubleshooting PLC and HMI issues in the assembly presses and inspection systems, enabling consistent and reliable manufacturing products.
