Responsibilities including but are not limited to- Plan, organize and direct the activities of company Electrical and Mechanical estimators, including the preparation of construction cost estimates, budgets and value engineering proposals, assist in technical proposal writing, maintain current and historical construction cost and bid result data bases- Review, evaluate and recommend MEP subcontractors proposals- Mange procurement with a track record of significantly reducing costs and securing the best quality, price and terms from suppliers- Coordinate with project managers/architects to determine scope, complexity, planning and scheduling requirements of projects; assign personnel to provide technical support and determine personnel needed with most appropriate individual qualifications- Change Order and financial management- Participate in firm’s business development and marketing efforts- Projects ranged in value from to Accomplishment- Worked collaboratively with team members to recover schedule delays and costs overrun, in a relatively short period of time, The project consisted of residential and commercial four (4) towers and a Basement of four levels with a total Built-Up Area of 1,679,169 SF.
