Hi - this is Aditya and I work at the intersection of CPG & Technology.I am currently leading the quality systems and applications agenda globally across 130+ manufacturing sites at Mondelez International. Prior to this, I was leading the digital transformation agenda for supply chain for South East Asia Business Unit for Mondelez. I have deep functional expertise in the ways of working of a manufacturing setup with a special focus on the Materials to Inventory Process and plant quality. I have experience in identifying business needs to deliver strategic roadmaps catered to Business Verticals/Towers in alignment with short term and long term goals. In the past, I have executed Ideas from Proof of Concept to Pilot to At-Scale deployment while using off the shelf solutions and also emerging technologies like Blockchain, Extended Reality (AR/VR), ML/AI, IoT, Voice etc. I have led initiatives across functions like Integrated Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, E-Commerce, while leveraging Agile Ways of Working and ensuring adherence to legal and security compliance across multiple geographies. I have won several awards for key initiatives including the prestigious CFO award while delivering business value across multiple markets and these have been covered by international publications as well.
