Appointed into Revolut’s Financial Crime Services function to solve complex, cross-functional challenges at the intersection of compliance, product and global operations. My role bridges regulatory rigour with delivery excellence, bringing strategic clarity, data-driven insight and a systems mindset to high-priority initiatives supporting Revolut’s global expansion.I led the design of a generative AI prototype to transform how AML case reviews are processed. This tool has cut case-handling time by 98% while preserving decision accuracy. It is now being embedded within existing workflows, enabling sustainable automation without sacrificing effectiveness.Alongside this, I was tasked with enabling operational readiness across eight new international markets. I led the divisional contribution to a multi-jurisdictional migration programme, aligning senior stakeholders across product and operations. I introduced a delivery structure that accelerated time-to-market, reduced execution risk and clarified ownership across parallel workstreams.Beyond individual initiatives, I brought a product operating mindset to Strategy & Ops, shaping how the function aligns business goals with systems thinking and cross-functional coordination. I translated ambiguous problems into structured action plans, built frameworks to triage and prioritise competing priorities and introduced repeatable delivery mechanisms that scaled with growth.In a high-accountability, hypergrowth environment, my ability to unify product thinking, regulatory compliance and executional discipline became a force multiplier. I acted as a critical interface between strategic intent and operational delivery, helping Revolut move faster and with greater precision as it matured its global footprint and scaled its internal controls.
