ABOUT AL RODRIGUES
40+ years in Food related manufacturing experience. I currently own and operate OpsConnect LLC, a consulting service to the food industry. I work with a number of clients in areas of people and strategy development as well as identifying manufacturing and commercialization partners for new businesses. I had worked as a Plant Manager and Director of Operations for 25 years with responsbility for 19 plant locations in North America in a wide variety of food manufacturing platforms. The last 8 years of my career with General Mills had been spent growing and developing an externally focused supply chain and enabling growth through the identification and commercialization of innovation based products, both domestically and most recently internationally in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Develop partnerships with strategic manufacturers to deliver against aggressive timelines and the need for rapid innovation in the marketplace.
