I’m a Product Manager with 5+ years of experience in transportation and consulting, turning big ideas into reality—often sprinkled with a touch of whimsy (ask me about the “Figma-entations” of my imagination!).My break into Product Management happened at Shuttle Technologies BD Ltd, a mass transit start-up where I led data-driven enhancements to customer-facing apps and launched two new business verticals. I scoped out and led the entire development for Shuttle\'s B2C ride-sharing app that not only addresses the transportation issue in Bangladesh but also solved the unsafe transportation situation for women with a dedicated service. Building the necessary guardrails within the application is what taught me how to pay attention to user needs. I also closed the company\'s first-ever B2B deal worth $1M and helped secure a government contract worth approximately $300K.After Shuttle, I transitioned to Secure Link Services AG, where I wore multiple hats—managing stakeholders, overseeing customer success, and scoping enterprise-level solutions across various industries. I acted as the bridge between clients and the development team, often functioning as both a Business Analyst and a Product Manager. One day, I was delivering a custom CRM for a pharmaceutical company; the next, I was launching websites for a global coffee and chocolate brand while architecting a legacy system revamp.Now, armed with a Master’s in Information Technology & Management and a toolkit that includes machine learning, data analysis, and visualization, I’m focused on crafting impactful, AI-driven solutions. I recently built an application that optimizes grocery planning for the South Asian community in Dallas—and I plan to build many more tech-driven solutions that harness the power of AI.
