Overview: Responsible for working with our sales performance platform, Xtiva and our clearing firm, RBC to accurately process and report commissions and advisory fees for all Financial professionals across the firm. In charge of mapping all revenue for trading, retail, investment advisory, and direct business to multiple systems. Tasked with the preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly P&L packages with recommended action plans for Executive Management. Collaboration with the Data and Strategic Initiatives team for process optimizing projects geared towards creating organizational efficiency. Notable Achievement: With the help of the Data team, I have been able to automate major parts of the monthly commissions process by creating tools that perform previously time-consuming tasks efficiently. Eliminated the manual quarterly fee billing process for tiered advisory accounts, by developing an automated tool to handle every stage of the formerly arduous task, saving hours of time and ensuring greater accuracy.
