   Senior Aviation Analyst currently supporting 2d Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW). As part of the 2d MAW\'s \"Ranges 2030 Project,\" have been conducting analysis of current and future 2d MAW aviation training requirements across the six functions of Marine aviation out to the year 2030. The next step in the analysis has been on identifying the supporting establishment\'s current and future capabilities to provide required training venues for 2d MAW and then identifying any gaps. The last step has been to develop proposed solutions to the identified gaps. The last two years of the effort included deep-dives; in 2017 conducted a deep-dive into the F-35 training venue requirements and in 2018 currently conducting a deep-dive into rotary-wing training venue requirements.
