Currently retired. I oversaw an education and research program on strategic deterrence issues at the Air War College, Maxwell AFB, focusing on counter-WMD policy and nuclear deterrence operations. I have nearly 40 years experience in military chemical, biological, nuclear, and radiological (CBRN) defense policy and program development. I have developed and coordinated joint concepts, strategies, plans, information papers, and briefings on DOD CBRN defense within major combat operations, irregular warfare, and homeland security. I have also supported the Army\'s chemical stockpile demilitarization program.
