I own a Salon Suite business, right in the heart of Pineapple Grove in Delray Beach. My building is square feet with 37 private suites and I lease to licensed Health and Beauty Professionals; Hair Stylists, Nail Technicians, Estheticians, Permanent Make up Artists, Massage Therapists and much more. In 2014 I expanded the number of Suites and renovated the entire building and now have the most beautiful Salon Suite facility in Florida. We have the largest private parking lot in Pineapple Grove, where parking is at a premium year round.
