Develop the EHS skills and leadership of crews;Manage, lead, and be accountable for Environmental, Health, and Safety performance and practices;Lead and engage hourly teams in process improvement and rapid problem-solving activities;Lead meetings, engaging employees in all aspects of the business case;Review production schedules, staffing requirements and make decisions in order to guarantee the productivity of the area during 3 shifts;Monitor production and information flow paths and production rates to ensure objectives are being met;Maintain all quality, process management and production standards;Complete autonomous maintenance as required;Effectively and consistently enforce workplace rules, policies, and procedures;Plan, manage, and execute operating plans and tactical operations, including scheduling, crew assignments, and overtime;Demonstrate commitment to servicing the customer.
