Help organizations comply with regulatory requirements and maintain a strong governance framework.• Doing Proper analysis of SAP changes which includes security assessment, Providing access to Specific T-codes so that a relevant team perform appropriate operation. •Check Whether appropriate Risk priority is given to a particular Document and validate if any business control is impacted or not.•Share the information with relevant stakeholders, such as management or the board of directors. •Organized and facilitated knowledge-sharing sessions within the team, resulting in 30% increase in team efficiency and faster resolve of complex incidents.•Evaluate the probability of each risk occurring and the potential impact if it does occur. •Identify Rev-Trac Documents check and validate the class of the request and Review accordingly. •Use a simple scale or rating system (e.g, low, medium, high) to classify risks. •Check the particular Document is GXP, Low, Medium or high risk and action them. •Cross check with provided BPSD/PPD ID so that we can identify the Risk Priority of the document. •Ensure Medium/High GXP request handled by high level team. •If not sure about the request, Engage High level team to validate if they can provide any inputs so that will be 100% sure that it will be remain in our queue. •While Reviewing a Revtrac document ensure that appropriate class/site/system is selected. • For Example, if Change is implemented outside of deployment dates, Change author should provide deviation document by providing details of business impact, Remediation plan etc. •Asked The author to provide Risk rationale details by providing appropriate L4 Risk Ranking refrence and validate whether the provided details are correct or not. •Actively participated in the enhancement of confidential risk assessment and associated security due diligence requirments and questionnaires to facilitate the identification and mitigation of cybersecurity Risks.
