About Al Alsina
I have had the privilege of working for Marriott International, starting in 1989 as a groundskeeper each summer at the Seaview Country Club in Galloway Township, New Jersey. As the years progressed, I worked my way through many positions, while simultaneously completing my college degree and internship with Marriott International. My first management position with Marriott was in the Food and Beverage department as the Main Dining Room Manager. Throughout my career, I have had the oppotunity to work at full service properties and all CFRST brands. The Hospitality industry is part of my DNA.
